I am so excited to tell you about a new workshop at Shapes for Women: Barre and Beyond Workshop!
Bars, Bands, Balls and More!
The workshop is August 27th form 12pm-4pm for only $125 and has CECs from AFAA and ACE associated with it. This 4 hour workshop will teach you hot new choreography, movements with fun fitness tools, the science behind movement, and a lot more. I can’t wait to see you there!
