Reformer Specialist
Advanced Reformer Specialist

This intensive course is designed for fitness professionals that are looking to expand their career into Pilates based training.  TPC Training Systems is the safest approach to training in the industry.

Our programming is unique in that it starts with the fundamentals and teaches the student to become a thinking instructor.  We pride ourselves in analyzing all movement patterns and exercises to make them functionally safer than traditional Pilates and for today’s population.

Our programs include a systematic approach to creating body transformation.  Functional Reformer 1 incorporates the research of V. Janda into our posture analysis and somatic re-training.  Functional Reformer 2 is designed to further the student’s knowledge of movement, neutral spine and researched based breath.  Functional Reformer 3 is the culmination of the reformer program moving from core based stabilization to functional training.  The entire program starts with the stabilization outlined by Stuart McGill’s research and culminates in functional training utilizing the reformer.

After completing the Pilates Specialist Program, students will not only know the exercises but actually understand the science behind why they are performing them and how to modify them to achieve greater results.

Our Advanced Pilates Specialist Program is perfect for the trainer who wants to work with injury prevention, post-rehabilitation, or advanced athletic clientele.  This is one of the most intensive Pilates or Personal Training programs available.  Trainers will understand the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of functional training. By incorporating advanced principles into the programming the student will be able to create biomechanically safe and rehabilitative programs.  They will be able to communicate and work with health professionals as a post rehabilitative specialist or work with advanced clientele offering them insight into progress as no other trainer will be able to do.
