Unlike many other programs that simply teach how to do exercises, the Ageless Training Academy Essentials Training helps movement specialists understand why and how the body responds to our unique combination of different types of training stimulus.   You will learn how to combine myofascial lengthening and release techniques with intelligent integrated movement and inspirational empowering language to enhance stability, mobility, flexibility, balance, body awareness, strength, endurance, self-esteem and confidence.
